LESSONS from FAILURE “Smooth 98.1”

Welcome to LESSONS from FAILURE on Smooth 98.1. Life is NOT just about the CONTENTS of WHAT PEOPLE DO…It is WHAT WE DO compared to WHAT WE COULD HAVE DONE. It’s NEVER about WHAT WE ACHIEVE, as it is about WHAT WE COULD HAVE ACHIEVED or at safe point, WHAT WE CAN STILL ACHIEVE. This is what I have found in my many journeys with failure, while most individuals do not really master what they do daily, most however recognize the deficit, as well as the value of a new skill in addressing the deficit. To those people, the making of mistakes can be integral to the learning process at any stage in their life. But I know something worse and terrible that most people fall victims to on a daily basis. It is a state where the individual does not understand or know how to do something and does not recognize the deficit by foolishly or naively denying the usefulness of the skill.

Consider this recent quote by Bill Gates. “It is fine to celebrate success, but it is more important to heed the lessons from failure”

Whiles your successes and achievements do and actually should inspire you, you should pay attention to the lessons from your failures and especially those of other people. This is great humility! Many times what you celebrate is usually a compromise of what you could have achieved if you only knew something different. Caution is the language of the wise. Always! Always! Heed the lessons from failure, and do it daily. GO!

  1. Failure is simply a feedback. It point to what we did either rightfully wrong or wrongfully right. It simply serve as pointer to the fact that a desired objective is not achieved when measured against set parameters. The way to learn from our failure is to keep an eye on our latent ability against our daily activity and achievements. If you raise your standard every time, you will record more “POSITIVE FAILURES” against obvious mediocrity of human conformity as a general rules……………..Bash4Cash(Life and Business Coach)

  2. Hmmmm…Our lessons from failure are really key to achieving success as they serve as necessary guidelines for the dos and don’ts for our next level. A word is enough for the wise…

    failure learned from becomes success

  4. One thing about failure is that it comes in the same pattern, and often times there are certain attitude or attributes we posses that often surface in or aid all our failure, its either laziness, anger, reckless trust or something unique to us… The lesson we should take away from this is that we study our failures and ensure that there are no repeated patterns of attitude in our falls. Its not foolish to fail, its foolish to repeatedly make the same errors in our lives…. Break the pattern of your failures.
